It is incredible how long it takes most new artists in dance music to break through onto our radar (never mind the public consciousness!) Take Samuele Scelfo, for example. He has been releasing quality house & tech since 2015. The list of labels he has contributed to reads like a who's who of hip imprints; Hot Creations, Snatch!, Deeperfect, Roush, Elrow & Relief. Despite this, it's taken him six years to reach the charts. Fantastic how loudly you have to shout to get above the noise in 2021. Thankfully, we've been on his send list for the last couple of years, and so when we heard "I Wanna Love You", we snapped it up. It has everything we want from a tech record; a killer bass hook and a catch-as vocal. Banger!
